At AIO Marketing Solutions, we are committed to providing excellent advertising services to our clients. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our refund and cancellation policies to ensure transparency and mutual understanding.

Refund Policy

Campaign Strategy and Setup Fees: Strategy and setup fees are non-refundable as they cover the initial work done to create and configure your advertising campaigns.

Ongoing Services: If you are dissatisfied with our ongoing services, please contact us within 14 days of noticing an issue. Refunds for unused services may be provided at the sole discretion of AIO Marketing Solutions, based on the circumstances

Ad Spend: Ad spend paid directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, etc.) is non-refundable. For any discrepancies, we recommend reaching out directly to the platform.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly Agreements: Clients on monthly agreements must provide a written notice of cancellation at least 45 days before the next billing cycle. This allows us to wrap up active campaigns responsibly.

Fixed-Term Contracts: For clients under fixed-term contracts, cancellation before the contract end date may incur an early termination fee as outlined in the agreement.

Immediate Cancellations If immediate cancellation is requested, AIO Marketing Solutions will cease all advertising activities within 48 hours of the request.

Any prepaid service fees will be addressed in accordance with the refund policy.
